Had a great Xmas stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help whenever we needed it. The location was superb, in the heart of the city with easy access to all the key tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities offered were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the on-site spa facilities and the rooftop restaurant which had amazing views of the city.
That the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety. However, this was not a major issue as there were plenty of other dining options nearby.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious. As I was with my wife and 2 kids we needed some things that where not in the room and the hotel provided them upon our request free of charge which I really felt is great service. The amenities at the hotel are also very good you wouldn’t need to have any thing with you. I highly recommend the hotel specially if you are with a family.
There are 2 things that I didn’t like, the first one was that the car parking is paid per night of stay and not a small fee but around 7$ a night in my opinion this should be a free service and a chance for the valet guys to make some good tips The second was that the hotel used an external company to clean the window façade of the building which didn’t use any safety standards and the dirty water with soup was dripping into the pool which made the pool dirty and the flooring surrounding the pool very slippery.

Panoramic room it's normal room starting from 8 floor but nothing special as view., Room service prices for food & beverages more expensive than 5 stars Hotels at Paris or London..

As a special guest, I was treated with utmost hospitality and received a room upgrade with a breathtaking panoramic view. The friendly staff, especially Mohamed and Zaid, offered excellent recommendations on nearby local restaurants and cuisines. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, and the service in the breakfast room was exceptionally kind and warm.
Almost perfect.

Very comfortable and clean room. Pleasant staff. Simple walk to 'Le Mall' with plenty of shops and small eateries.
The location isn't great for tourists to Beirut interested in the major sights near the coast. That said, the rooms are very nice and you'd pay a lot more for the same quality in downtown hotels.

This hotel offers outstanding amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, an Outdoor swimming pool with Sun loungers, and even a leisure room with TV. My room was impressive, with exclusive advantages such as a private balcony with amazing views of the city and a heavenly in-room breakfast. Cons: I had a minor issue with the Poolside snack bar, which was slow to serve me. Despite that, I must say that this hotel is a gem of exclusivity and quality.

I had the most disappointing experience, no working internet, the room was not clean, the food terrible, very poor breakfast, service no where to be found and finally when I decided to move to an other hotel, they charged me an additional day on the top, never again I will go to this hotel.
Nothing what-so-ever!

During my city break, I stayed at a hotel that had great amenities and was conveniently located near local attractions and public transportation. I was impressed by the clean rooms and comfortable furniture that allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided great customer service throughout my stay.
There were some disadvantages that made my experience less than perfect. The internet connection was quite slow and required an additional fee for speedy access which I found inconvenient. Additionally, while the location was convenient, the hotel was a bit far from the sea and some of the more popular tourist destinations. Despite these relatively minor drawbacks, overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive and I would consider staying there again in the future.

Our group of friends had an incredible stay at a luxurious hotel slightly away from the center. We were impressed by the spacious and well-appointed rooms, especially the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel's restaurant served an excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh and tasty options. the hotel is also near a mall, which was a convenient spot to visit. We loved the facilities, including the fitness centre and outdoor pool, which offered a great view of the city.
The carpets in the hallway looked a bit old and dusty.
